It depends..because if the parent did not took care of their children during their studies the children will have a wrecked future and if the children are stubborn even their parents are very supportive to them they will still have a wrecked future.
My answer would depend upon the situation. It's hard to judge with no description or with no specific situation.

it will depend because what if the parents are not supporting the child or what if the child is not studying well.
